Coveting the new iPhone 7 but not been able to scrape together the cash? Well you’re in luck, the phone’s just been handed a price cut.

A serious one at that.

No, not by Apple – the Cupertino company will still charge you a small fortune for its latest flagship – but by network provider iD, which is offering impressive savings on the must-have phone.

Despite now bundling the phone with extra data, the Carphone Warehouse-run network has slashed £30 from the iPhone’s up-front fee, a figure that’s not to be sniffed at.

Having originally charged £129.99 for the 32GB iPhone 7 when tied to a £37.50 per month, 24-month contract, Carphone has now cut the price.

Starting today, November 2, the Samsung Galaxy S7 rival can be snapped up for ‘just’ £99.99 and the same monthly fee. Bonus.

Although the deal’s inclusive minutes have been locked at 600, the monthly data allowance has been doubled from 1GB to 2GB.

Arguably the best phone available right now, the Apple Watch Nike+ compatible handset runs a 4.7-inch Retina display alongside Apple’s new A10x processor, iOS 10 software and a stunning 12-megapixel camera.

Available in five colours, silver, gold, rose gold, matte black and gloss black, the iPhone 7 ditched the traditional 3.5mm headphone port, so if you’re tempted by this latest offer, you might want to take a look at our best wireless headphones round-up too.
